Malacañang Heritage Tours
Standard Operating Procedures
1. For reservation of guided tours, the on-line reservation form must be completely filled-up and submitted at least 3 working days (except Mondays and Holidays) prior to your preferred date of tour. This is subject to the approval of the Social Secretary, and availability of your requested date and time. We also accept walk-in guests but please take note that we do not provide a tour guide and shuttle service from Bahay Ugnayan to Teus Mansion for walk-in visitors.
• The Museums are open from Tuesday to Sunday:
◦ 9:00 am, 10:00 am and 1:00 pm (Guided tour)
◦ 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (Open for walk-in)
◦ 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (Open for walk-in)
2. All tours are free of charge.
3. Children should be at least 5 years old and accompanied by a parent/guardian. We also recommend companion for guests who require assistance.
4. Dress respectfully and appropriately.
5. No food and beverages inside the Museums.
6. We only accept maximum of 25 persons per tour slot.
7. Parking areas inside the complex of Malacañang is on a first-come-first-served basis.
8. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
9. Only MHMMC Guides are permitted to conduct tours inside the Malacañang Heritage Mansions.
10. The Management, Malacañang Heritage Mansions Management Center, the Social Secretary, the Executive Director, or the personnel of the Museums shall not be liable or in any way responsible for injury, damage, liability, loss or expense resulting to the user/visitor and those he/she brings onto the Museum premises due to accidents, mishaps, misconduct, negligence or injuries, either in person or property, arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to such person's use/visit/tour of the Museum or his/her failure/omission to comply with any of the guidelines, rules and regulations issued by the Management, except for such loss or damage which was caused by the sole and gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Management, Malacañang Heritage Mansions Management Center, the Social Secretary, the Executive Director, or the personnel of the Museums.
