Standard Operating Procedure
1. For reservation for a guided tour kindly register online through our website www.museums.gov.ph at least 3 working days (except Mondays and Holidays) prior to your preferred date of visit. We also accommodate walk-in guests, subject to the availability of tour slots for each schedule. You may secure your number at the Visitor Center upon your arrival.
The Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday with the following schedules:
Morning: Afternoon:
9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30 and 11:00 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, 2:30 and 3:00
The gates will be open for taking photographs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm strictly within the designated parameters.
2. All tours are free of charge.
3. Guests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Only maximum of twenty (20) persons will be allowed per tour group.
a. Group that exceeds the maximum number of twenty (20) persons will be divided and automatically will join the next available walk-in schedule.
b. Small groups will be combined with other group until it reaches the required maximum number of guests.
5. Visitors on guided tour are allowed to take photos within designated areas of the museum. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
6. Children should be at least 5 years old and above and accompanied by a parent/guardian. We also recommend companion for guests who require special assistance.
7. We also advise our guests to avoid wearing sleeveless or tank tops and slippers.
8. No food and beverages inside the Museum.
9. Guests are advised not to touch anything inside the Museum.
10. Security personnel will be present during the tour and guests who exhibit offensive activity will be approached and separated from the group.
11. The Museum staff has the right to discontinue or cancel the ongoing tour if any of the safety and security protocols is disregarded.
12. Only MHMMC Guides are permitted to conduct tours inside the Malacañang Heritage Mansions.
13. The Management, Malacañang Heritage Mansions Management Center, the Social Secretary, the Executive Director, or the personnel of the Museums shall not be liable or in any way responsible for injury, damage, liability, loss or expense resulting to the user/visitor and those he/she brings onto the Museum premises due to accidents, mishaps, misconduct, negligence or injuries, either in person or property, arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to such person's use/visit/tour of the Museum or his/her failure/omission to comply with any of the guidelines, rules and regulations issued by the Management, except for such loss or damage which was caused by the sole and gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Management, Malacañang Heritage Mansions Management Center, the Social Secretary, the Executive Director, or the personnel of the Museum.
